I’m not 100% sure if my case was just unlucky, but the warranty process felt like a huge headache. It took forever, support seemed to keep passing me around, and in the end, I’m sure nothing actually got fixed

I tried to pay two times and each time the page froze up, then somehow my cart was just gone. Really annoying it was, and I don’t think I’ll be using this site again.

I really wanted this to work, but most of the features just didn’t run properly on my device, it felt buggy from the start. I reached out to support and they weren’t much help, so it ended up feeling like a waste of time...

I ordered this from Hillga, cleaning it has been way more annoying than I thought it would be. Dirt gets stuck in all these little spots, and then I’m sitting there forever trying to wipe that out properly. I figured it would be simple, but every time I use it, I end up getting frustrated with this whole cleanup part. It doesn’t rinse easily either. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from hillga.com because the photos on the site looked really clean and nice, they made the product seem solid. But when it arrived, the color was off and the finish looked a lot cheaper than I expected?!

To be fair, it wasn’t completely useless or anything, so I’m not saying it was a total scam. It just really didn’t match the vibe of the pictures, which made it look way better than it actually was.

I ordered a seat protector from Hillga thinking it would help keep my car seat clean, but am I missing something?
